Our 8-hour Fall Protection Training Course is designed for the Competent Person based on the responsibilities outlined under OSHA 1926 Subpart M. The course ensures that the competent person fully understands their role and can effectively implement fall protection measures. Here is how these topics are covered: 1. Identification and Evaluation of Fall Hazards 2. Development and Implementation of Fall Protection Systems 3. Training Employees 4. Inspection of Fall Protection Equipment 5. Correcting Unsafe Conditions 6. Supervision of Workers at Height 7. Development of a Rescue Plan Overall Course Structure: Classroom Instruction: The first part of the course will focus on theoretical knowledge, including OSHA regulations, the role of the Competent Person, and the technical aspects of fall protection. Hands-On Training: The latter part of the course would involve practical demonstrations, equipment inspections, and site-specific exercises, ensuring participants can implement what they have learned.
